The items are guaranteed to be as shown/described in our Web-store. For more expensive items (over $20.00) the scan of the actual stamp/set/cover (or a similar stamps of the same quality) is shown.
We accept payment in US$ through personal check, cash or via MasterCard/Visa/AMEX. We also offer the option to pay in Euro's for the current exchange rate via a deposit into our bank account 38.16.81.378, attn Smits Philately with Rabobank in the Netherlands, IBAN: NL97RABO0381681378 , BIC/SWIFT: RABONL2U .
We ship worldwide. The shipping and handling is based on actual cost. For regular shipments (not large lots/collections) we charge $1.00 for shipping in the USA and $2.00 for any other country. Insurance is optional and recommended for purchases over $200.00 Insured shipments are sent by regular mail but fully insured for a premium of 3% through our private policy. We pack to ensure safe delivery, however if the shipment is not insured the Buyer takes the risks associated with lost mail and or damages.
For each purchase a 10 day satisfaction guarantee applies. Lots must be returned in the same condition as received/shipped by us. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned items. We do not charge a restocking fee, however shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.
