The shopping cart 'forgets' the items I select   !!!!

This problem occurs because your browser either does not support so called 'cookies' or has the use of 'cookies' disabled.

'Cookies' are a mechanism supported by most browsers which allows the browser to 'remember' some information temporarely (only during the browser session, this data is lost/deleted when you close your browser again). Stamps on the Web uses 'cookies' for the shopping cart to remember which items your have selected.

If this problem occurs, it is most likely that you have the use of cookies disabled. To enable the cookies, you can do the following:

• For Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0: go to <view>, select  <internet options>, select the tab <advanced>, scroll down to the 'security' section, find 'cookies' and click either on 'always use cookies' or 'prompt before accepting'

• For Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0: go to <tools>, select  <internet options>, select the tab <security>, while 'internet' is selected click on <custom level>, scroll down to the 'cookies' (allow 'per session cookies') section,  and click either on 'enable' or 'prompt'

• For Netscape Navigator: go to <edit>, select <preferences>, click on <advanced>, select either: 'accept all cookies' or 'accept only cookies from the originating server' or 'warn me before accepting cookies'
